Full-time Master’s degree studies (following the engineering programme) in Product quality and development enable students to acquire competences in product design, development and evaluation, as well as ensuring environmental, economic and technological efficiency, in accordance with current trends and market requirements.

 

The Master’s degree curriculum includes courses in product shaping, design and quality assessment, quality management, and product marketing. Students learn how to manage a product, create and diversify the company’s product portfolio, implement and improve standardized management systems in an organization, and shape product quality and safety at all stages of the life cycle. The competences acquired also enable them to analyse the factors influencing the quality and development of products and their impact on the environment from the perspective of sustainable development.

 

Classes, conducted by experienced research and teaching staff and by business practitioners, are to a large extent supported by project, workshop and laboratory classes.

 

The Product quality and development programme offers four specialisations: quality design of industrial products; quality design of food products; product manager; quality, environment and security management.
