The part-time Master’s degree Management and production engineering programme develops students’ managerial and technical competences, enabling them to solve multi-criteria problems in the area of management and engineering of manufacturing processes and any auxiliary processes in an organization or company.
Having completed the Master’s degree Management and production engineering programme, graduates can work individually or in a team, making decisions related to the design and evaluation of a product or process, also in terms of sustainable development. The curriculum also includes courses in management, quality management, materials engineering, food and nutrition technology, as well as economics and finance.
Lectures and classes are conducted by research and teaching staff, and by practitioners representing the University’s business environment.
As part of the Master’s degree Management and production engineering programme, students have the opportunity to choose lectures on subjects such as food safety, systemic quality management, marketing, environmental aspects, as well as specialist courses conducted in a foreign language.
