The part-time engineering studies in the field of Management and production engineering are an educational offer combining management and engineering technologies, broadly understood.

 

The curriculum includes, among other subjects, organization and management, industrial marketing, quality and safety management, as well as production technology and engineering. Additionally, as part of the part-time engineering curriculum, students choose programme and technical subjects tailored to their interests.

 

The curriculum lays emphasis on the development of students’ ability to make an economic evaluation of activities undertaken, to use engineering standards, to apply analytical and experimental methods in order to solve engineering problems, and to identify the market, financial and legal aspects of running a business.

 

The practical nature of the Management and production engineering programme is ensured thanks to small-group and laboratory classes, during which students learn how to use the equipment and software needed in an engineer’s work. The curriculum also includes foreign-language courses featuring specialized terminology used in international communication.
