Business Master's degree program - Master in International Business, is conducted with the use of the best practices and experiences in education, i.e. succession of curricular content, intensification of the process of accumulation of knowledge and skills, sequencing of subjects, workshop, practical nature of teaching classes, use of team-working and team competition, learning-by-experiencing, learning-by-doing, or problem-based learning.

The new programme of studies is a response to diagnosed market needs and previous experience gained from the International Business specialization (highly nationally and culturally diverse groups of mature and self-conscious Students; the already successful use of innovative educational techniques based on active participation of Students; the number of inquiries from candidates for general studies that would allow to develop knowledge and skills in many areas at the same time, focus survey conducted on a group of IB students).

Graduates of MIB programme will acquire comprehensive knowledge and, in particular, develop skills in all areas that are essential from the point of view of managing an organization operating in highly unpredictable and competitive markets, including the international market. Thus, the study at MIB will allow you to acquire structured, up-to-date knowledge and develop professional-level skills. They will be useful not only for those who want to act as specialists and, in the future, as middle and senior managers, but also for graduates whose goal is to develop their own business.

In view of the dynamics of the growth of knowledge resources in the modern world, emphasis will be placed in particular on the graduate's skills, namely:

  • skills in the area of financial decision-making (holistic approach to the process of valuation, risk estimation, evaluation of investment projects),
  • skills in the area of critical and creative thinking,
  • the ability to make decisions in an international, diverse team, while working under time pressure,
  • skills of synthesis and analysis of data, filtering of information, selection of valuable information,
  • skills in the area of human capital management (highly diversified by culture, nationality, language, etc.),
  • ability to communicate effectively in English,
  • ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions, with high self-awareness and ability to implement work-life balance.

The key characteristics of MIB Graduates from the perspective of the labor market will be, on the one hand, their comprehensive development and high flexibility in the business areas in which they can develop their careers, and on the other hand, their awareness and ability of further development.
